ORDINANCE NO. 4z�?�% AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South.Bend, Indiana: SECTION I: That the following items of real property be appraised and sold by the Board of Public Works and Safety for not less than the full appraised value thereof: PARCEL I Description of a parcel of land located in the Northwest One- Quarter of Section Twenty -six (26), Township Thirty -eight (T38N) North, Range Two (R2E) East, St. Joseph County, Indiana, identified as Parcel I and further described as follows: Commencing at a point three thousand eight hundred nineteen (3,8191) feet East of the Southwest corner of the Southeast One- Quarter of Section Twenty -two (22), Township Thirty - eight (T38N) North, Range Two (R2E) East, and further described as being located on the North line of Section Twenty -six (26).sixty -five and twenty -nine hundredths (65.291) feet East of the centerline of Riverside Drive; said point being an iron pipe driven in the ground, thence running westerly along the North Line of Section Twenty -six (26) a distance of one hundred fifteen and sixty -one hundredths (115.611) feet, thence turning a deflection angle to the left of ninety -six degrees, twenty -eight minutes (960 -281) and running South six degrees, twenty - eight minutes (S 60 -281 E) East a distance of forty and twenty -six hundredths (}0.261) feet to the place of beginning, thence continuing along the West property line of Riverside Drive and running South six degrees, twenty -eight minutes (S 60 -281 E) East a distance of three hundred fourteen and nine hundredths (314.901) feet, -thence running South eighty -nine degrees, forty -eight minutes and fifty -four seconds (S 890 - 481 -54" W) West a distance of three hundred thirty -four and twenty - five hundredths (334.251) feet, thence running North zero degrees sixteen minutes (N 00 -161 W) West a distance of three hundred thirteen and twenty -four hundredths (313.21.1) feet, thence running due East forty (401) feet South of and parallel to the North Line of Section Twenty -six (26) a distance of three hundred and thirty - three hundredths (300.331) feet, to the place of beginning.
