I/ PETITION FOR AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, WHICH SAID ORDINANCE IS MORE PARTICULARLY KNOWN AS ORDI- NANCE NUMBER 3702, AS AMENDED TO: The Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: The undersigned, being the owners of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, to wit: Lots Numbered 112, 113, 114 and F as shown on the recorded Plat of the Second Addition to River Dale in River Park, now a part of the City of South Bend, Indiana, as shown by the plat recorded in Plat Book 9 at page 148 of the records in the office of the Re- corder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, do hereby respectfully petition that the aforesaid Ordinance Number 3702, as amended, be further amended in order that the zoning of the above described realty be changed from A Residence Use District and A Height and Area District to B Residence Use District and B Height and Area District, so that the afore- mentioned real estate will be adaptable for the uses permitted by and under said B Residence Use District and the aforementioned Height and Area District, and subject to the restrictions pertain- ing thereto. The above described realty is located on the West side of Logan Street, immediately South of the right -of -way of the Grand Trunk and Western Railroad in South Bend, Indiana. It is the intention and desire of the undersigned that the zoning of the aforementioned real estate be changed as afore- mentioned to permit the use of such realty by the Tool and Die Makers Lodge 1384, of the International Association of Machinests, as a private lodge. The Christian Gospel Assembly is the owner of Lots Numbered 113, 114 and F of the aforementioned real estate, and Earl H. Broadwell and Pauline L. Broadwell, husband and wife, are the owners of Lot Numbered 112 of the'aforementioned real estate.
