I/ <br />PETITION FOR AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, WHICH SAID <br />ORDINANCE IS MORE PARTICULARLY KNOWN AS ORDI- <br />NANCE NUMBER 3702, AS AMENDED <br />TO: The Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />The undersigned, being the owners of the following <br />described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph <br />County, State of Indiana, to wit: <br />Lots Numbered 112, 113, 114 and F as shown <br />on the recorded Plat of the Second Addition <br />to River Dale in River Park, now a part of <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana, as shown <br />by the plat recorded in Plat Book 9 at page <br />148 of the records in the office of the Re- <br />corder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, <br />do hereby respectfully petition that the aforesaid Ordinance <br />Number 3702, as amended, be further amended in order that the <br />zoning of the above described realty be changed from A Residence <br />Use District and A Height and Area District to B Residence Use <br />District and B Height and Area District, so that the afore- <br />mentioned real estate will be adaptable for the uses permitted <br />by and under said B Residence Use District and the aforementioned <br />Height and Area District, and subject to the restrictions pertain- <br />ing thereto. <br />The above described realty is located on the West <br />side of Logan Street, immediately South of the right -of -way of <br />the Grand Trunk and Western Railroad in South Bend, Indiana. <br />It is the intention and desire of the undersigned that <br />the zoning of the aforementioned real estate be changed as afore- <br />mentioned to permit the use of such realty by the Tool and Die <br />Makers Lodge 1384, of the International Association of Machinests, <br />as a private lodge. <br />The Christian Gospel Assembly is the owner of Lots <br />Numbered 113, 114 and F of the aforementioned real estate, and <br />Earl H. Broadwell and Pauline L. Broadwell, husband and wife, are <br />the owners of Lot Numbered 112 of the'aforementioned real estate. <br />
