ORDINANCE N0. 44a ;Z <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702, <br />COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF <br />THE CITY,OF SOUTH BEND. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND: <br />Section 1. Ordinance No. 3702, being a zoning <br />ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the <br />same hereby is amended so that the zoning classification <br />of the following described real estate in the City of <br />South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, to wit: <br />Lots Numbered 112, 113, 114 and F as shown <br />on the recorded Plat of the Second Addition <br />to River Dale in River Park, now a part of <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana, as shown <br />by the plat recorded in Plat Book 9 at page <br />148 of the records in the office of the <br />Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, <br />be and the same hereby is changed from A Residence Use <br />District and A Height and Area District to B Residence <br />Use District and B Height and Area District. <br />Section 2.
