<br />CHANGE TO AGENDA
<br />Mr. Gilot noted the agenda listed an Interlocal Agreement with the City of South Bend, City of
<br />Mishawaka, and St. Joseph County. He stated that item is actually approval of a Professional
<br />Services Agreement with Symbiont. Mr. Gilot noted the Interlocal Agreement between the three
<br />government agencies was approved by each agency's Council to enter into this agreement.
<br />APPROVE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
<br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Roos, seconded by Mr. Henthorn and carried, the minutes of the
<br />Agenda Review Session of June 19, 2014; the Regular and Reconvened Meetings of June 24 and
<br />26, 2014, and the Claims Review Meeting of the Board held on July 1, 2014, were approved.

<br />This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids for the above referenced project.
<br />The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-
<br />County News, which were found to be sufficient. The following bids were opened and publicly
