W'it~~ cr noted that the historical use of <br />this site ~rus chemical manufacturing and a <br />steel foundry. The Phase I site assessment <br />indicated the need for a Phase II assessment. <br />Thcv ~~ ill do ten soil borings on the site for a <br />i~ec cif S I U.'~0. Staff recommends approval. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Do~~ nes. seconded by <br />Vlr.
