After <br />review, Mr. John Engstrom, Engineering, stated they would not be ready to award this bid today. <br />OPENING AND AWARD OF BIDS — SALE OF ABANDONED VEHICLES <br />This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids for the above referenced vehicles. <br />The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri- <br />County News, which were found to be sufficient. Ms. Greene stated it is required that bidders <br />sign and date and identify the bid they are bidding on. She noted that the bids from Asher Ray <br />were not all signed or indicative of what bid they were bidding on. She added some of these were <br />submitted on little scraps of paper in separate envelopes and they need to be on the proper bid <br />form in one envelope. Mr. Gilot requested Ms. Kathy Eli, Code Enforcement, inform them they <br />need to use the right form. Ms. Greene stated they could accept the ones that have the bidder's <br />
