The encroachments shall remain in the right of way until such time as the Board <br />of Public Works of the City of South Bend shall determine that such encroachment is in any way <br />impairing or interfering with the highway or with the free and same flow of traffic. Upon a <br />motion made by Ms. Roos, seconded by Mr. Henthorn and carried, the Revocable Permit was <br />approved. <br />RELEASE OF UTILITY EASEMENTS — DANCH HARNER & ASSOCIATES ON BEHALF <br />OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NOTRE DAME <br />In a memorandum to the Board, Mr. Tony Molnar, Engineering, requested that all utility <br />easements be released for two (2) vacated stub alleys bounded by Napoleon Street, Duey Street, <br />Georgiana Street, and a dedicated alley, to allow for the University of Notre Dame to develop the <br />property into single family townhomes. Mr. Molnar noted in his memo that the alleys are in the <br />process of being vacated by Notre Dame, and the City does not own any water or sewer utilities <br />in these locations. Upon a motion made by Mr. Relos, seconded by Mr. Henthorn, and carried, <br />the above referenced release of easements was approved. <br />APPROVE TRAFFIC RESTRICTION - ASSA ABLOY EDUCATION SOLUTIONS <br />SHOWROOM <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Roos, seconded by Mr. Henthorn and carried, the following traffic <br />restriction request was approved: <br />
