JEFFERSON BLVD., ROOM 1140 COUN I'Y "CI "I'Y BUILDING, SOUTH BEND, INDIANA 46601 (5 74) 235 -9571 <br />( ��w 0�. ?3.=t` <br />Wednesday, June 18, 2014 <br />The Honorable Council of the City of South Bend <br />4th Floor, County-City Building <br />South Bend, IN 46601 <br />RE: A proposed ordinance of Deldora LLC to zone from R Single Family District, (County), to PUD Planned Unit <br />Development District, (City of South Bend), property located at 17716, 17802 and 17830 Ireland Road, City of <br />South Bend - APC# 2710 -14. <br />Dear Council Members: <br />I hereby Certify that the above referenced ordinance of Deldora LLC was legally advertised on Thursday, June 05, <br />2014 and that the Area Plan Commission at its public hearing on Tuesday, June 17, 2014 took the following action: <br />Upon a motion by Gerry Phipps, being seconded by Phil Sutton and unanimously carried, the proposed <br />ordinance of Deldora LLC to zone from R Single Family District, (County), to PUD Planned Unit <br />Development District, (City of South Bend), property located at 17716, 17802 and 17830 Ireland Road, <br />City of South Bend, is sent to the Common Council with an unfavorable recommendation. The petitioner <br />has not resolved all the issues raised by the staff in the Staff Report, specifically limiting the range of uses <br />that will be permitted in each of the five areas labeled "A" through "E" on the site plan. <br />PLEASE NOTE that the Ordinance has been amended by the petitioner and is different than that used for the <br />County Council's first reading.
