ORDINANCE NO. 3 31 9L5 � <br />ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE IN <br />NAME OF A PART OF VARSITY DRIVE AND <br />HOLIDAY DRIVE IN THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA. <br />BE IT ORDAINED, by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, that: <br />1. The name of those portions of Varsity Drive and <br />Holiday Drive in the City of South Bend, lying North of the North <br />line of Colfax Avenue, be changed and they are hereby changed to <br />"Swanson Circle." <br />2.
