In their letter Ms. Kelly Bezas, Operations Manager, explained Noble <br />Americas recently purchased the South Bend Ethanol Plant and the road leading into the plant <br />was named after the former owners, New Energy. The Fire Department recommended the <br />request be denied. Community Investment stated there are no other active addresses on the <br />existing New Energy Drive so no petition is required to support this request. Therefore, upon a <br />
