That Section VIII of Ordinance No. 4207, which ordinance was <br />adopted on the 13th day of January, 1958:, be and the same is hereby amended <br />to read as follows: <br />No claim for the repair of a water line under this ordinance will be <br />honored by the City unless a permit has been issued for such work by <br />the Superintendent of the Sewage Treatment Plant. All work performed <br />on said maintenance, repair and /or replacement of water lines shall <br />be in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Plumbing. Code <br />for the City of South Bend, Indiana; that further after said work is <br />completed, a certificate of final approval must be issued by the <br />Building Commission of the City of South Bend. <br />SECTION 7.
