Ordinance No. 3702, as amended, which ordinance is commonly <br />known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />be and the same hereby is zmended in order that the zoning classifi- <br />cation of the following described real estate in the City of <br />South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: <br />Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of <br />Section 8, T.3 7N. R3E described as beginning at a poiist <br />on the North line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter, 236 feet West of the Northeast corner: thereof, <br />running thence Nest on the North line of said Northeast <br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, 134 feet; thence South, <br />parallel with the West line of Nineteenth Street, (how <br />Thirty Sixth (36th) Street), in the City of South Bend; a <br />distance of 262.5 feet, more or less; thence East 134 feet;- <br />North to the place of beginning, in St. Joseph County, <br />Indiana.
