<br />That the following described territory and land in
<br />St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, be and the same is hereby
<br />annexed to and declared to be a part of the said City of South
<br />Bend, Indiana:
<br />Beginning at a point at the NE corner of Sec. 5, T37N, R3E,
<br />thence south along the east section line of said Sec. 5 a
<br />distance of 737.15 ft., more or less, thence west a distance
<br />of 553.08 ft., more or less, thence north a distance of 736.56
<br />ft., more or less, thence east a distance of 552.46 ft., more
<br />or less, to the point of beginning, containing 9.3 acres,
<br />more or less;
<br />Also, beginning at a point at the SE corner of the NET of Sec.
<br />5, T37N, R3E, thence west along the south line of the NET of
<br />Sec. 5 a distance of 336 ft., more or less, thence north
<br />parallel with east line of said Sec. 5 a distance of 1,312.8
<br />ft., more or less, thence east a distance of 336 ft., more or
<br />less, to the east line of said Sec. 5, thence south along
<br />the east line of said Sec. 5 a distance of 1,312.8 ft., more
<br />or less, to the point of beginning, containing 9.4 acres,
<br />more or less;
<br />Also, beginning at a point at the SE corner of Sec. 5, T37N,
<br />R3E, thence west along the south section line of said Sec. 5

<br />of 1534 ft., more or less, to a point at the SW corner of
