JOSEPH COUNTY, INDIANA <br />Appeal is hereby taken from the decision of the Building Commissioner <br />in the matter of erecting, occupying, building, addition at <br />2324 Elwood Avenue, South Bend, Indiana 46628 <br />NATURE OF APPEAL: <br />REQUESTED VARIANCES & SPECIAL EXCEPTION: <br />PARCEL "A" Zoned "LB" Local Business District: <br />1) . A Variance to encroach into the 30 ft. Front Residential Buff eryard <br />area along Elwood Avenue (North property line) to a minimum of 4 ft. for <br />existing driveway pavement area and a proposed Canopy facility with <br />pumps as shown and to a minimum of 4.50 ft. along Olive Street (West <br />property line) for existing driveway pavement area, proposed sidewalk <br />and Canopy facility with pumps and parking. <br />2). A Variance from the requirement of providing perimeter trees at a <br />minimum rate of one (1) over -story deciduous tree every forty (40) feet <br />along the North, East, South and West property lines to providing a <br />minimum of three (3) trqes along the West property line and use existing <br />trees along the South property line. <br />
