ORDINANCE NO. j ,�-4 J AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1- That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended, be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by changing the zoning classi- fication of the following described property from "A" Residential Use District to "C -1" Commercial Use District and "A" Height and Area District: Section 2- A part of the East half of the Southeast quarter of Section No. 5, Township 37 North, Range 3 East, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of McKinley Avenue or U.S. Highway No. 20 and Logan Street, or Hickory Road, in the center of McKinley Avenue at the Southeast corner of said Section No. 5; running thence North, 160 feet to the place of beginning for this description; thence West 187. 57 feet; thence North 110. 5 feet to an iron; thence West 125 feet; thence North 55. 75 feet; thence East 312. 57 feet to a point on the East line of said Section No. 5; thence South along said East line 166. 25 feet to the place of beginning.
