ORDINANCE NO. 4378 - - -61 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702, <br />COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />(REAL ESTATE INVOLVED LOCATED ON THE <br />SOUTH SIDE OF LINCOLN WAY WEST, BETWEEN <br />IOWA AND RYER STREETS.) <br />BE IT ORDAINED, by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. ORDINANCE NO. 3702, being the Zoning Ordinance <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be, and the same is amended so <br />that the zoning classification of the real estate located in the City of <br />South Bend, County of St. Joseph, State of Indiana, described as follows, <br />to -wit: <br />Lots Numbered 23, 24 and 25 and Lots <br />Numbered 46, 47 and 48 in Alward's <br />Subdivision to the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, <br />be, and the same is hereby changed from "B" Residence and "A" <br />Height and Area District, to "C" Commercial and "E" Height and Area <br />District. <br />SECTION II.
