LEASE <br />THIS INDENTURE made this day or % /Z , 1960, in the <br />year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Six ",yf between PET'E:R F. <br />NEMETI4 and MARGARET K. NEMETII _ailed the Lessor and ±.hr <br />MUNICIPAL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, a mt:n:cipai co,,poration, h?r = inaftcr <br />called the Lessee. <br />WITNESSETH: <br />1, The Lessor herein leases unto the Lessee, subject W and upon the <br />terms hereinafter stated for the *term of seven (7) rnoriths beginning on the lst day <br />of June, 1960, and ending on the 31st day of December, 19611, the use an(? enjoy- <br />ment of all and singular the premises at 114 South Chapin Street, South Bend, <br />Indiana, as well as the use of a portion of land adjacent thereto, on which the <br />Lessee shall be permitted to park not more than three (3) vehicles, all in the City <br />of South Bend, including all appurtenances thereto, at a rental of Two Hundred <br />seventeen ($217) Dollars per month. <br />2. The Lessor agrees to provide 'neat 6 r the above demised premises, <br />as well as water and electricity. <br />3. The Lessee shall have and the Lessor hereby grants to the Lessee <br />the option and right to renew this term on the conditions herein contained for an <br />addition term of one (1) year and from year to year thereafter, on or before the <br />20th day of Decerrru6r, 1960, and on or before the 20th day of December each year <br />thereafter. <br />4. That the Lessee has received the premises in good order and repair <br />and that said Lessee will keep said p7ernisu6 in good repair, replacing all broken <br />glass with glass of the same size and quality as that broken, and vAll keep said <br />premises and appurtenances, including catch basin in a clean and healthy condition, <br />and upon termination of this lease will yield up said premis es to the Lessor in <br />good condition and repair, loss by fire and ordinary wear excepted. <br />
