ORDINANCE NO'� <br />AN ORDILANCE APPROVING AN OPTION TO RENEW A <br />LEASE BETWEEN THE MUNICIPAL CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA_ , AND PETER F. NEMETH AND <br />MARGARET K'' NEMETH FOR THE PREMISES COMMONLY <br />KNOWN AS 114 SOUTH CHAPIN STREET, AS WELL AS <br />THE USE OF A PORTION OF LAND ADJACENT THERETO <br />WHEREAS, heretofore on the 31st day of May; 1960; the City of <br />South Bend; Indiana, by and through its Board of Public Works and Safety <br />pursuant to a resolution duly adopted, made and entered into the following lease <br />agreement with Peter F • Nemeth and Margaret K..
