Housing <br />(1) Loan and Grant related to the South Bend <br />Home Improvement Program for property <br />located at 241 E. Indiana. (Jessie <br />Brumfield and Joanna Watkins) <br />Mr. Inks noted that the loan is in the amount <br />of $7,300. The grant is in the amount of <br />$17,000. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. King, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Loan and Grant <br />related to the South Bend Home <br />Improvement Program for property located at <br />241 E. Indiana. (Jessie Brumfield and Joanna <br />Watkins) <br />B. South Bend Central Development Area <br />(1) Memorandum of Lease with Key S.B., <br />L.L.C. (Key Bank Plaza) <br />Ms. Laurent noted that the lease with <br />KeyBank for the plaza was approved August <br />17, 2008. This Memorandum of Lease <br />summarizes the lease in fewer pages for <br />recording purposes. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Blake, seconded by <br />Ms. King and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Memorandum of <br />Lease with Key S.B., L.L.C.
