The insurance of maintenance2 repair and /or replacement shall not be <br />in force on any account that is more than two quarters or six months delinquent <br />on either the sewage treatment bill or the water consumption bill. <br />SECTION Vill. No claim for the repair of a water line under this Ordinance will <br />be honored by the City unless a permit has been issued for such work by the Building <br />Commissioners all in accordance with provisions set forth in the plumbing code <br />for the City of South Bendy Indiana and until a certificate of final approval <br />has been issued by the Building Commissioner of the City of South Bend <br />SECTION IX.
