ORDINANCE NO.11�%��,/J <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 3702, COMMONLY <br />KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY SOUTH BEND. <br />Section 1. Ordinance No. 3702, being a zoning Ordinance of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended so that the zoning classification <br />of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, <br />Indiana, to wit: <br />That part of Kaley Street north of Kenwood and south of Bertrand Street <br />which was vacated by previous petition, <br />be and the same hereby is changed from "no" zoning to "D" Eight Industrial Use <br />District and "F" Height and Area District, <br />Lots 82 — 83 and 84 in Kaleys ist Subdivision in the City of.South Bend, Indiana, <br />be and the same hereby is changed from "C" Commercial Use District and "D" Height and <br />Area District to "D" Light Industrial Use District and "F" Height and Area District. <br />Lots 125.E 126 and 127 in Part of Kaleys 2nd Subdivision in the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, <br />be and the same hereby is changed from "B" Residence Use District and an "A" Height <br />and Area District to a "D" Light Industrial Use District and an "F'! Height and Area <br />District. <br />The vacated portion of an east and west alley lying between Lots, <br />125, 1269 and 127 in Part of Kaleys 2nd Subdivision and Lots 82, <br />83, and 84 in Kaleys 1st Subdivision, running from the vacated portion <br />of Kaley Street east to the first north and south alley west of Meade Street, <br />all in the City of South Bend, Indianag <br />be and the same hereby is changed from "no" zoning to a "D" Light Industrial Use <br />District and an "F" Height and Area District. <br />Section 2.
