ORDINANCE NO. 4432 - - -62 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 3702, AS <br />AMENDED, WHICH ORDINANCE IS COMMONLY CALLED <br />THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, AS AMENDED <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, that Ordinance No. 3702, as amended, which ordinance is <br />commonly called the zoning ordinance of the City of South Bend, be amended <br />as follows: <br />Section 1, That the following described real estate, located in <br />the City of South Bend, St, Joseph County, State of Indiana, shall be <br />rezoned as C- Commercial district and D- Height and Area district: <br />Lot Number Two (2) in Sorin First Addition to the <br />City of South Bend, excepting that part of the East <br />end of said Lot which is now zoned Commercial, and <br />also excepting fifty (50) feet east and west taken <br />off of the entire west side of said Lot Number Two <br />(2). <br />Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from <br />and after its passage by the Common Council, its approval by the Mayor <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and legal publication. <br />/s/ Paul E.
