Or PLANNING <br />Under date of January 4, 1962 the Commission took the <br />following action in regards to your communication rela- <br />tive to amending the petition of Genevieve and Frederic <br />C. Winkler and Alfreda W. Walter to rezone the property <br />most generally known as 937 South Bend Avenue from "B" <br />Residential Use and "B" Height and Area District to "C" <br />Commercial Use and "D" Height and Area District, by ex- <br />cluding the west fifty feet of said property from the <br />petition area: <br />After due consideration the Commission unani- <br />mously voted to approve said amendment.
