OF ILA""' <br />The attached petition of the South Bend Sand and Gravel <br />Corporation to zone "E" Heavy Industrial Use and "G" <br />Height and Area.District the recently annexed land being <br />generally described as bounded on the west by Maple Road, <br />on the north by Douglas Road (also known as Lathrop <br />Avenue), and on the east and south by the present city <br />limits containing approximately 100 acres was legally <br />advertised under date of March 26, 1962 and given public <br />hearing on April 5, 1962. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found <br />that this is the most logical zoning for said <br />area and that substantial justice would be <br />done by the granting of the petition.
