V0p, <br />ORDINANCE NO. 4451 - - -62 <br />,R� 4 <br />G\�y AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING <br />ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702, AS HERETOFORE <br />AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />Section 1• <br />That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended <br />and supplemented, be and the same is hereby amended and supple- <br />mented by zoning as "E" Heavy Industrial Use and "G" Height <br />and Area District the following newly annexed described <br />property: <br />The West One -half (z) of the Northwest Quarter (4) <br />and the West One -half (z) of the Northeast Quarter <br />(4) of the Northwest Quarter (4) of Section 34, <br />Township 38 North, Range Two (2) East, in St. <br />Joseph County, Indiana.
