The Area Plan Commission at its public hearing on August 15, <br />2000, took the following action: <br />Upon a motion by Dave McKee, being seconded by Karl King and unanimouslyy carried, the <br />ppropposed ordinance and site development plan of Marvin and Barbara Selge, Jr. to zone from "D" <br />Li Gt Industrial and "A" Residential, "A" Heig~hht and Area to "D" Light Industrial "A" Height <br />and Area, property located in the 4200 and 430 blocks of Meghan Beeler Court, City of South <br />Bend is sent to the Common Council with a favorable recommendation, subject to a final site <br />development plan.
