COMMITTEE REPORT TO THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND: Your Committee of the Whole, to whom was referred: BILL NO. 24-01 A BILL OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AMENDING VARIOUS SECTIONS IN CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE 1 ADDRESSING THE COMMON COUNCIL AND AMENDING CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE 5, SECTION 2-58 ADDRESSING REQUIREMENTS OF ALL BOARDS, COMMISSIONS AND OTHER ENTITIES OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion, this bill is being recommended to the full Council with a favorable recommendation as amended as follows: Chapter 2, Article 1, Section 2-10 (i) (1) PARKS, RECREATION, CULTURAL ARTS AND ENTERTAINMENT COMMITTEE: Chapter 2, Article 5, Section 2-58 (1) File with the Offices of the City Clerk and the Mayor written confirmation of the name of the entity; names of its current members and by who each member was appointed; term of appoint of each member; names of the current officers; mailing address; telephone number; facsimile number; e- mail address; official website if any; and the dates, time and location of all regular meetings. Chapter 2, Article 5, Section 2-58 (3) File with the Offices of the City Clerk and the Mayor a copy of the meeting minutes at least ten (10) business days following the meeting held. All boards, commissions, committees and other entities filing minutes may file interim minutes, however once such minutes are approved each such entity must file and accurate set of minutes marked "Official" with the Offices of the City Clerk and the Mayor in a timely manner.
