Cottrell, and E. Jack <br />Reed. present. Board Member Bruce J. Bon Durant was absent. Also present were Po <br />B <br />lice Chief <br />Darryl Boykins, Fire Chief Howard uchanon, and Board Attorney Thomas Bodnar. <br />The meeting was held in the Board of Public Works Meeting Room, l3t" Floor, County City <br />Building, South Bend, Indiana. <br />ACCEPT MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETINGS <br />Pl.-Csident Alford advised that if there were no objections by members of the Board, the minutes of <br />the Public Agenda Session, Executive Session, and Regular meetings of the Board held on <br />September 10, 2008, would be accepted with Ms. Dempsey's noted correction to the Adjouriu-nent <br />section of the Public Agenda Session. <br />ACCEPT AND FILE DONATION TO SOUTH BEND POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />In. a letter to the Board, Chief Boykins, Police Department, advised the Board of a generous donatio <br />of twenty dollars ($20.00) made to the South Bend Police Department Youth Boxing Program from <br />private citizen.
