The Area Plan Commission at its public hearing on November 21, <br />2000, took the following action: <br />Upon a motion b~ Robert Hawley, being seconded by Willie Morgan and unanimously carried <br />the proposed ordwance and site development plan of The Graber Group, L.P. to zone from "~i" <br />Residential, "A" Height and Area to "PHC" ProfessionaUHealth Care, property located at 411 <br />East Ireland Road, City of South Bend is sent to the Common Council with a favorable <br />recommendation, subject to a final site development Qlan showing across-access easement with <br />the property to the west. It is the Commission's opinion that the 'PHC" zoning for the property <br />would create a buffer between the commercial uses to the west and the single-family neighborhood <br />located to the north and east. <br />The deliberations of the Area Plan Commission and points considered in arriving at the above <br />decision are shown in the minutes of the public hearing, and will be forwazded to you at a later <br />date to be made a part of this report. <br />Attached, for your consideration in the review of this matter, is a copy of the Area Plan <br />Commission's Staff Report. <br />Sinc 1 , <br />~.~ ~~~- <br />obert W.
