The attached petition of the Colpaert Realty Corporation to rezone from "C" Commercial Use and "E" Height and Area District to "B" Residential Use and "B" Height and Area District a five acre, unplatted, tract of land on the south side of Western Avenue between Lombardy Drive and -- Gladstone Street was legally advertised under date of July 26, 1965 and given public hearing on August 5, 1965. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the proposed zoning would be in the best interest of the subject and surrounding area.
