AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE N0, 3702 AS HERETOFORE AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, SECTION I. That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702 as heretofore amended and supplemented be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by zoning as "B" Residential Use District and "B" Height and Area District the following described property: A part of Part 2 of Section 7 and Part l of Section 8 as shown on the recorded plat of dedication of Ford Street, Lombardy Drive and West 1/2 of 14 foot alley in Belleville Unit "B ", an addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the South line of Western Avenue with the East line of the West 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 9, Township 37 North, Range 2 East; thence South along said East line 103.52 feet more or less to the North line of a 14 foot alley; thence West along said North line of alley 7 feet; thence South along the West line of a 14 foot alley 291.43 feet more or less to the Northeast corner of the recorded plat of part of Part 2 of Section 7, Belleville Unit "B ";,thence West along the North line of said recorded plat, 560 feet more or less to a point 125 feet East of the East line of Lombardy Drive; thence North along a line parallel with said East line of Lombardy Drive, 373.91 feet more or less to the South line of Western Avenue; thence Easterly along said South line, 567 feet more or less to the place of beginning. SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, approval by the Mayor of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and legal publication.
