-2- <br />The terms of office of the five (5) citizen <br />members shall be as follows: <br />One (1) for a term of one (1) year; <br />One (1) for a term of two (2) years; <br />One (1) for a term of three (3) years; and <br />Two (2) for a term of four (4) years. <br />The terms shall expire on the first day of January <br />of the first, second, third, or fourth year, <br />respectively, following their.appointment. There- <br />after, as the terms expire, each new appointment <br />shall be for a term of four (4) years. A member <br />is eligible for reappointment.
