-3- <br />(b) An area location plan indicating existing and <br />proposed street systems, subdivision lines, and <br />building types, uses and approximate locations. <br />(c) Typical floor plans and elevations of all <br />buildings. <br />(d) Copies of legal documents regulating the <br />organization, construction, operation and /or sale <br />of the development in part or in whole, including <br />provisions for subsequent subdivision and documents <br />guaranteeing the protection of open spaces. <br />(e) Tabulated data giving the proposed number and <br />type of dwelling units, gross acreage, proposed land <br />coverage, ground and gross floor area, floor areas <br />by use, land areas by use, commercial facilities, and <br />estimated population and traffic to be generated. <br />3. Procedure: <br />(a) The proponent of a Planned Residential Development <br />in an "A -2" District shall petition the Board for <br />approval as an exception. The petition shall be <br />accompanied by an overall development plan and other <br />required documents and data as herein listed. The <br />Board shall study these plans, documents and data and <br />may then approve, approve subject to conditions or <br />disapprove the petition. After approval, the <br />proponent shall submit a minimum of four (4) sets of <br />true copies of the final development plan and all <br />legal documents, as approved, to the Board for <br />certification:. Two sets shall be filed with the <br />Board, one set with the Building Commissioner and <br />one set returned to the proponent. <br />(b) Upon receipt of a set of certified development <br />plans and documents from the Board the Building <br />Commissioner is authorized to issue permits for <br />buildings and improvements in accordance with the <br />development plan. <br />(c) For any change or amendment of the development <br />plan or the organization or the operation of the <br />development the proponent shall submit a written <br />request for approval to the Board. If the Board <br />approves such change, it shall so notify the Building <br />Commissioner who shall then issue a building permit. <br />
