Staff recommends approving <br />the amendment to Iease. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Do~1°ncs, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Third Amendment <br />to Lease with Laura Lees. <br />(2) Staff report and consideration of fundin; <br />for Improvements at the South Bend <br />Re;ional Museum of Art. <br />Mr, King disclosed that he is a member of <br />the Centm-y Ccntcr Board of Managers. "['hc <br />im~~rovements will be made along the edge o1 <br />Century Center. He stated that he has no <br />financial interest in Carturv Ccntcr.
