Stoke's Subdivision of Bank Out Lot No. 96, <br />in the Second Plat of Out Lots of the Town, now City <br />of South Bend, platted by the State Bank of Indiana, <br />excepting 10 feet East and West taken off of and from <br />the width of the entire East End of said lot, <br />to be changed from "B" Residential Use District and "A" Height <br />and Area District, to "C" Commercial Use District and "F" <br />Height and Area District. <br />Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br />from and after its passage and signing by the Mayor of the City <br />of South Bend. <br />
