AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, ON THE iU4 DAY OF JUNE, 1949, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 3702 adopted by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the 13th day of June, 1949, more commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, and thereafter amended and as adopted and modified October 14, 1963, be amended by the re- zoning of those certain parcels of land located in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Lot Numbered 46 as shown on the recorded Plat of Susan M. Stoke's Subdivision of Bank Out Lot No. 96, in the Second Plat of Out Lots of the Town, now the City of South Bend, platted by the State Bank of Indiana, together with one -half (z) of the vacated alley lying immediately South of and adjoining the South Side of said lot, excepting 10 feet East and West taken off of and from the width of the entire East End of said lot, be changed from "D" Industrial Use and "A" Height and Area to "C" Commercial Use District and "F" Height and Area District. Lot Numbered 47 as shown on the recorded Plat of Susan M. Stoke's Subdivision of Bank Out Lot No. 96, in the Second Plat of Out Lots of the Town, now the City of South Bend, platted by the State Bank of Indiana, together with one -half (z) of the vacated alley lying immediately North of and adjoining the entire North Side of said lot, excepting 10 feet East and West, taken off of and from the width of the entire East End of said lot,
