Site (see Figure 1). <br /> • IDEM Liability Exemption Letter issued from the IBP for the property identified as the <br /> Ivy Tower Complex (see Figure 2). <br /> BACKGROUND INFORMATION <br /> Millennium Environmental, Inc. <br /> On July 8, 2010, the Indiana IBP issued an IDEM Comfort Letter to the SBRC, prospective <br /> purchaser at the time, for the former Millennium Environmental, Inc. property located at 604 S. <br /> Scott Street, South Bend, Indiana.
