Public Hearings <br /> (1) Public Hearing on Resolution No. 3200 appropriating tax increment financing <br /> revenues from Allocation Area Fund for the payment of certain obligations and <br /> expenses related to the Northeast Neighborhood Development Area Allocation Area. <br /> Mr. Relos noted that the public hearing file is complete, containing a copy of Resolution <br /> No. 3199 determining to make the appropriation and setting the public hearing on <br /> Resolution No. 3200; a copy of the Notice of Hearing; a copy of Resolution No. 3200, the <br /> subject of the public hearing; an affidavit from Kim Wilson, President & Publisher of the <br /> South Bend Tribune, that the Notice of Hearing was published in that newspaper on <br /> 2 <br />
