This INDENTURE OF GENERAL CONVEYANCE dated July 19, <br />1966 by and between STUDEBAKER CORPORATION, a Michigan corpora- <br />tion, having a place of business at 635 South Main Street, South. <br />Bend, Indiana (hereinafter called Donor) and CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, an Indiana municipal corporation, (hereinafter called <br />Donee) <br />W I T N E S S E T H; <br />WHEREAS, Donor has for many years manufactured various <br />types of vehicles at its facilities located in South Bend, Indiana; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Donor has collected and retained over the years <br />examples of the various types of vehicles manufactured by it; and <br />WHEREAS, Donor wishes to make a gift of its collection <br />of vehicles to Donee in order that such collection of vehicles <br />shall remain forever on public display in the community where <br />built; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Donor does hereby give, assign and trans- <br />fer all of its right, title and interest in and to the collection <br />of vehicles set forth and described in Schedule A, hereto annexed, <br />(hereinafter called the Property), for Donee's proper use and <br />behoof forever, subject to the following terms and conditions; <br />1, The Property shall within a reasonable <br />time from.the date hereof be placed on public display <br />in perpetuum in a suitable building in the community of <br />
