Off- street parking space is provided in the <br />ratio of one parking stall to each two patient <br />beds. <br />(11) No tractor- trailer combination vehicle or detached <br />trailer in excess of two tons capacity may be parked <br />upon any land or premises in an "A" Residence Dis- <br />trict. <br />SECTION 3 -A. <br />"A -1" Residence District <br />In the "A -1" Residence District buildings or premises <br />may be used, and buildings may be erected or structurally <br />altered for the following uses only: <br />(1) Any use permitted in the "A" Use District. <br />(2) Two family dwellings. <br />(3) No tractor - trailer combination vehicle or detached <br />trailer in excess of two tons capacity may be parked <br />upon any land or premises in an "A -1" Residence <br />District. <br />SECTION 3 -B <br />"A -2" Planned Residential Development District <br />In the "A -2" District lands and buildings may be used and <br />buildings erected or structurally altered for the following <br />use only: Planned Residential Developments, provided that an <br />exception permitting such use is granted by the Board of Zoning <br />Appeals under the provisions of Section 18 and further provided <br />that the following intent and requirements are complied with. <br />1. Intent: the intent of this section is to permit <br />more flexibility in a large -scale development thru land <br />use controls that foster good environmental design with- <br />out violating the constitutional requirements of uniform <br />classification and adequate standards; that permit planned <br />residential developments in accordance with the Comprehen- <br />sive Plan of the City; that permit a variety of housing <br />accomodations including single - family detached, two - family <br />and multi - family dwellings, and land uses in imaginative <br />and orderly physical and esthetic relationship to one <br />
