PAGE �3B <br />and contents of final plats, to the Plan <br />Commission, which shall then approve such <br />plans for recording as a final plat. <br />2., Data Required: <br />(a) Overall development plans showing <br />proposed land uses, number, type and location <br />of dwelling units, building heights, open <br />space allocations, on site parking provisions, <br />streets, peripherial setbacks and scheduled <br />dates of completion of the development or <br />its various sections. <br />(b) An area location plan indicating <br />existing and proposed street systems, <br />subdivision lines, and building types, uses <br />and approximate locations. <br />(c) Typical floor plans and elevations <br />of all buildings. <br />(d) Copies of legal documents regulating <br />the organization, construction, operation <br />and /or sale of the development in part or <br />in whole, including provisions for sub - <br />sequent subdivision and documents guaran- <br />teeing the protection of open spaces. <br />(e) Tabulated data giving the proposed <br />-- number and type of dwelling units, gross <br />_- acreage, proposed land coverage, ground <br />and gross floor area, floor areas by use, <br />- land areas by use, commercial facilities, <br />and estimated population and traffic to <br />be generated. <br />3. <br />Procedure: <br />(a) The proponent of a Planned Residential <br />Development in an "A -2" District shall petition <br />the Board for approval as an exception. <br />The petition shall be accompanied by an <br />-. overall development plan and other required <br />documents and data as herein listed. The <br />Board shall study these plans, documents <br />and data and may then approve, approve sub- <br />ject to conditions or disapprove the petition. <br />After approval, the proponent shall submit <br />a minimum of four (4) sets of true copies <br />
