f. <br />g• <br />:i <br />Marking <br />Parking spaces in facilities containing ten spaces <br />or more shall be marked by painted lines or curbs <br />or other means to indicate individual spaces. Such <br />parking areas shall provide bumper guards or curbs <br />where parking spaces abut street right of way lines. <br />Signs or markers shall be used as necessary to <br />insure efficient traffic operation of the facility. <br />Screening <br />When off street parking areas for more than four <br />parking spaces are located closer than 50 feet <br />to a lot in a residence district, or to any lot <br />upon which there is a dwelling as a permitted use <br />under this Zoning Ordinance and where such parking <br />is not entirely screened visually from such lot <br />by an intervening building or structure, there <br />shall be provided a continuous visual screen with <br />a height of not less than six (6) feet nor more <br />than eight (8) feet. Such screen shall consist of <br />a densely planted compact hedge or a wall or fence <br />and shall be located in accordance with the <br />provisions of Section 17 (o) of this Zoning <br />Ordinance. <br />h. Parking in Required Yards <br />Off street parking spaces shall not be located in <br />a required front yard or side yard adjoining a <br />street. <br />11. Design Standards - Off Street Loading Facilities <br />a. Minimum Size <br />A required off street loading space shall be at <br />least 10 feet wide by at least 30 feet in length <br />_ for buildings less than 20,000 square feet and at <br />least 12 feet wide and at least 60 feet in length <br />for buildings 20,000 square feet or more. Each <br />space shall have a vertical clearance of at least <br />14 feet. <br />_ b. Access <br />- Each required off street loading space shall be <br />designed for direct access to a street or alley <br />in a manner which will least interfere with traffic <br />movements on the street. <br />
