SECTION 11. The Legal Description of the Municipal Riverfront Development Project <br /> Area established by Ordinance No. 10165-12. Exhibit B. as amended by Ordinance No. 10178- <br /> 12, is further amended retroactively as set forth in Exhibit B hereto which legal description shall <br /> constitute the original boundaries of Ordinance No. 10165-12. <br /> SECTION 111.
