HAWELY: Sir I noticed that you and as a former Studebaker employee, I was there for four years, I <br />won't tell you when but it was many years ago, you mentioned in your presentation you have a $50,000 plus <br />collection of material, this is I'm assuming for viewing if we were to stay there a night or two? <br />MR. LINDNER: Yes, that's correct. <br />MR. HAWLEY: What kind of collection are you talking about? <br />MR. LINDNER: Posters, sale brochures, it just goes on and on... <br />MR. HAWLEY: Things you have collected over the years? <br />MR. LINDNER: That's correct. You just can't believe it. Even yet today I started my collection and came <br />to South Bend my first time in `93 and it all started from there. <br />MR. HAWLEY: Thank you. <br />MR. CRUMLISH: I'd like to ask, maybe I misunderstood something here, you will not be living in this <br />house full time? You may be there some of the time? <br />MR. LINDNER: Yes. I am there some of the time. I am living there a little over half the time now. <br />MR. CRUMLISH: Will there be someone else living in the house when the guests are'there? A caretaker <br />or...? <br />MR. LINDNER: There will be the people next door in the rental house. <br />MR. CRUMLISH: So this is a business operation then? <br />MR. LINDNER: Well it's combination residential and business. <br />MR. CRUMLISH: The people that will be there will be transient lodging? I'm taking it they will spend the <br />night but they don't live there either so they're not full time tenants? <br />MR. LINDNER: Correct. <br />MR. CRUMLISH: Will there be a handicap parking space in the back? <br />MR. LINDNER: Yes. <br />MR.
