DR <br />- Per your discussion with Mr. Lloyd Taylor on <br />JAMES A.BICKEL <br />April 5, 1970 the Board of Public Works and <br />`DOpsAL�ICN ARa <br />Safety of South Bend wishes to enter into an . <br />agreement with the Michiana Chapter of the <br />Studebaker Drivers Club, Inc. to handle the <br />public display of the Studebaker Historical <br />Collection located at 221 W. Bronson Street, <br />South Bend, Indiana. <br />It shall be understood between the parties that <br />S <br />the Studebaker Drivers Club is to keep the <br />vehicles in a presentable condition for public'. <br />display; that the Collection shall be open•for <br />public display on the first Sunday of each <br />month between 12:30 PM and 5:30 PM. <br />•'The City of South Bend agrees that the <br />Studebaker Drivers Club shall be compensated <br />$25.00 each month for the above'services. The <br />City shall also reimburse the Club for any <br />out -of- pocket miscellaneous expenses which <br />may be required to perform the above function. <br />-All requisitions are to be submitted in advance <br />to the City Engineer for approval. <br />Very truly yours, <br />Llo S'.
