Trans. of funds - Brd. of Wrks. ORDINANCE NO. 5186 -70 AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION TO ACCOUNT H -265, "OTHER CONTRACTUAL SERVICES" IN THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,200.00 AND THE TRANSFER OF SAID SUM FROM ACCOUNT H -12, "TEMPORARY HELP ", ALL BEING WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have de- veloped since the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget for the various functions of city government to meet such extraordinary conditions, and WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Board of Public Works and Safety for expenses incidental to the care of and showing of the Studebaker Historical Collection, and to assure that department's ability to properly perform its functions; BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION I. That the sum of $1,200.00 be transferred from Account H -12, "Temporary Help ", and transferred and ap- propriated to Account H -265, "Other Contractual Services ", both accounts being within the General Fund. SECTION II.
