Indiana <br />as.hereinafter requested, and in support of this application, the <br />following facts are shown: <br />1. The property sought to be rezoned is located at 3533 E. McKinley, <br />South Bend - .42 acres of land located near the Northwest corner of <br />the intersection of McKinley Highway and Hickory Road. <br />2. The property is owned by <br />Jerry J. Seiler and Paula D. Seiler, husband and wife. <br />3. A legal description of the property is as follonrs: <br />Part of the Southeast Quarter (1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (1/4) <br />of Section Five (5), Township Thirty -seven (37) North, Range <br />Three (3) East, described as beginning at a point on the South <br />line of said tract, Five Hundred Thirty -eight and five - tenths <br />(538.5) feet West of the Southeast corner thereof; running thence <br />North Two Hundred Thirty -one (231) feet; thence East Eighty (80) <br />feet; thence South Two Hundred Thirty -one (231) feet to the <br />South line of said Southeast Quarter (1/4) of the Southeast <br />Quarter (1/4); thence West Eighty (80) feet to the place of <br />beginning. <br />(CONTINUE 014 THE REVERSE SIDE IF NECESSARY) <br />
