ORDINANCE AFFECTING APPROXIMATELY .42 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED NEAR THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF MC KINLEY AVENUE AND HICKORY ROAD IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA (3533 E. McKinley) ORDINANCE NO. 5173 -70 An Ordinance Amendin and Supplementing Ordinance No. 4§9 - Chapter 40 Of The Municipal Code formerly Zoning Ordinance No. 3702). Be it enacted by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that: Section 1. Ordinance No. 4990 - Chapter 40 of the Municipal Code, (formerly Zoning Ordinance No. 3702) of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same is hereby amended, supplemented and changed, to provide that the following described real estate located in the City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit: Part of the Southeast Quarter (1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (1/4) of Section Five (5), Township Thirty -seven (37) North, Range Three (3) East, described as beginning at a point on the Ebuth line of said tract, Five Hundred Thirty -eight and five- tenths (538.5) feet West of the Southeast corner thereof; running thence North Two Hundred Thirty -one (231) feet; thence East Eighty (80) feet; thence South Two Hundred Thirty -one (231) feet to the South line of said Southeast Quarter (1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (1/4); thence West Eighty (80) feet to the place of beginning. be and the same hereby is changed in its Use District Regulation Classification to "C -1" Commercial District, in accordance with the Site Development Plan attached hereto. Section 2.
