Sewer Sezvice: A 10 inch sanitary sewer exists at the intersection
of Lombardy and Fillmore, and also at the intersection of Westwood
Lane and Fillmore. These two sanitary sewers will provide adequate
service to this area. A 12 inch storm sewer also exists the the
intersection of Lombardy and Fillmore. With the use of retention
basins to collect the immediate runoff water, and using the 12 inch
storm sewer only to drain the retention basins over a period of
several days, the existing storm facilities should prove to be
adequate.
COST SUMMARY: Police
$3315.00
Fire
none
Street & Traffic
8062.50
Street Lighting
2400.00
Sanitation
236.25
Parks
2431.00
Water
none
Sewer
none
$16,444.75
10% governmental
overhead
1,644.50
Total Cost
$18,089.25 /per year.
It should be pointed out that the above cost summary is based on
present conditions.
