COMMITTEE REPORT <br />TO THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND: <br />Your Committee of the Whole, to whom was referred: <br />BILL NO. <br />14-02 PUBLIC HEARING ON A BILL OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, ADOPTING THE ST. JOSEPH <br />COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT WELLHEAD PROTECTION <br />ORDINANCE #103-98, AS AMENDED <br />Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion, this bill <br />is being recommended to the full Council with a favorable recommendation as <br />substituted and amended as follows: <br />New Title <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, ADOPTING THE ST. JOSEPH COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT <br />WELLHEAD PROTECTION ORDINANCE #103-98, AND INCORPORATING IT AT <br />CHAPTER 17 OF THE SOUTH BEND MUNICIPAL CODE IN A NEW ARTICLE 5, <br />SECTION 17-47.1 <br />Page 18, Section II, part "n" to read as follows: <br />COUNTY HEALTH FUND. All monies collected pursuant to this Ordinance shall be <br />deposited in the County Health Fund. Expenditures from this fund shall be in <br />accordance with all applicable laws. <br />Karl King <br />Chairman <br />
